Ville bestille time da jeg hørte på nyhetene om om ordning for de under 26 som skulle tre i kraft 1 juli. Damen som svarte på tlf var sinnsykt avvisende, og jeg fikk faktisk ikke lov til å bestille time. Aner ikke hvorfor, men det var vist uaktuelt å bestille time

Trengte akutt hjelp til en visdomstann. Ringte dit og fikk ikke lov å komme. Dama som svarte var avvisende, hevet stemmen og virket irritert. Veldig ubehagelig opplevelse

Rask og god hjelp

I had a teeth removed on January, but because of an infection they couldn't remove the other one. So I asked for an appointment and I was given one on 24 of March, I am 20 and I did my birthday on March, so at the 24 I was gonna be 21 an not longer have the discount. Eventhough most of the days on February and March were empty in their calendar. 2 weeks later I called to move the appointment before as it was starting to hurt a bit. They found my appointment quickly and said my birthday to confirm if that was correct, so I was registered on their system for sure and then they said they didn't have anything before that appointment date. As expected now it's hurting a lot again, my phone number is not norweigan so they can recognize me when I call, and got ignored the first 3 times for a few minutes each. Then they answered and as soon I explained it was an emergency I got hung up. After getting ignored one more time they answer, I explained the situation, that it was an emergency and I wanted to get an appointment as soon as possible, they first wanted to make sure I was not in my home country, then they insisted that was a dentist only for children and that I couldn't go there, I explained I had already been there. Then they said I wasn't registered into the system, which of course it's a lie as I had previously been found and I had an appointment and register for the last time I was there. Then after giving all my personal information a few times they kept insisting I was not registered and that I should go there in person, eventhough it made no sense I asked if in the case I went there in person I could get an appointment in the next two days before the weekend and they said it was impossible. Then I said it didn't make sense I was not registered and that I had to go there in person when we could do the same thing over the phone and then I got hung up again. I believe that being a public service they should answer the phone calls not ignore them, do the service and not ignore emergencies to earn a bit more, and not be racists. So I was forced to go to a private dentist clinic. After months in Norway I can say I found the same number of people who don't speak English in that clinic than the rest of Norway.
